Delivery & Returns
At Your Sisters Wardrobe, we want your dress experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and returns process:
Hire Period
All hires are for a 3-day period, starting from the day you receive your dress. The dress must be returned the day after your hire period ends. If the dress is not returned on time, we will charge the card used for the purchase the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the garment.
Returns
You can return your dress in one of the following ways:
- Express Post: Send it back via express post for easy return.
- Drop Off: Drop it off in Bayswater, VIC.
- Local Pick-Up: For a small fee, we can pick up your dress locally.
Delivery
To ensure your dress arrives on time and in perfect condition, please book your hire at least 3 days before your event. For local deliveries and pick-ups, you can book up to 1 day before the event, and we’ll make sure your dress is ready and delivered on time.
Delivery Charges:
- Express Aus-Wide Delivery: $28 (return shipping included)
- Local Delivery (Bayswater Area): $10 (drop-off only)
